What We Do:
We provide services and information to home care agency providers and in-home caregivers. We also specialize in home care training and compliance. We have expertise in NC Medicaid provider approval as well as Home Care Policies and Procedures.

We will assist with Home Care Agency start-up services, RN Supervisor and Caregiver Education, Agency Caregiver Skills Validation Lab, Policy-Procedure manual updates and development, Audit-Licensure survey preparation, and deficiency correction plan assistance.
