Did you included the previous medical sheet with your application ? Since your PGWP is already approved you must submit a new application and add a medical probably required to get a new medical and submit with your application to remove the conditions. Hello, yes medical might still be required based on the field of your expected job. Temporary policy is for PR applications and in this case medicals are requested. You can get the medical and submit through Webform or if PGWP approved then have to go for the medical and request to remove the condition of medical by applying the PGWP application again. Thanks

Hello, more than 150 days gap is not allowed usually, if you think gap will br more than 150 days then either must leave Canada and then return for studies later or change the status to visitor record and later can start studies. Thanks

Hello, If you are continuing studies, then that is fine, make sure to make LOA, Enrolment letter and tuition fees payment receipt while travelling. If you will apply for PGWP then must apply now within 90 days of your study completion or else your study permit will be considered as invalid. Thanks

But she was not able to pass it. Now, currently do not have any enrolment letter. And traveling to india for 2 weeks and comming back on 8th august. The TRV is ending on 30th september. We are planing to take course once ahe is back from india. Should I consider applying for Tourist visa ?

Now my question is that Partner visa is acceptable in embassy of Canada or Heavy truck driver visa is compulsory for LMIA to Dubai. Which documents are more important ... Because I have partner visa and heavy truck license in Dubai . So I want to go Canada through LMIA. If partner visa is OK then I have no need to change visa status other visa if immigration cant accept partner visa for truck driver LMIA then I have to change visa status. Kindly clear my point.

Hello, you can change your program to 1 year, after successful completion of 1st program, you can have a break of 4 months before starting another 1 year program and during that break you can work fulltime (Make sure to have a valid study permit or must have applied for it's extension before the study permit expiry) Thanks

Hello, students are not allowed to take a gap of more than 150 days or your study permit becomes invalid. Either you must resume studies within 150 days or must leave Canada and should return before the start of studies at new institution. Also would recommend to apply for study permit extension once you have paid the tuition fees for your next program and should be done before the expiry of your current study permit. Incase you plan to leave Canada and return before the start of studies, you must have a valid Visa stamp to enter Canada. Thanks

Hello, if your study permit expires and after that you apply for your PGWP, you will be required to pay Restoration fees and moreover you will not be able to work till you receive your permit. 90 Days time period is if your study permit was valid and after 90 days you will lose your status if PGWP not applied. So should apply the PGWP immediately to avoid going out of status and then not being able to work for the processing time of your work permit.
