The sump is the filter of the tank it creates the bioload for the tank while it recirculates and cleans the water, you can use it as a sump or a sump and refugeim follow to learn more

Hey nice design! I've been trying to figure a good way to mount my own gropro also, haven't found anything that quite meets my needs. This seems pretty cool, will the STL be available to download? Also curious on if you plan to use it as a timelapse or just stream camera on how you have that setup. Great job on the mount!
Thanks for the grate comment,I will have the file up am soon am making some changes like adding a wire clip due to the way the wires hang on it .

What in the tech is happening in the semi whole TH-cam is going on here?
Lots is been happening and a lot more will be coming soon
If it's snapping in the extruder - It's getting to hot in there - prop the lid and open the door. I use a door catch prop so it's gapped a few inches. You do NOT want to run fully enclosed printing PLA - especially brittle ones. I don't print a lot of PLA but when I do . .run open !!! . . . .I have learned this the hard way after taking my extruders apart too many times. If it's snapping at the J bend in the bowden tube - there are clips and add ons to reduce the feed angle - but either way you want the lid raised or off. Hopefully that helps someone !
Thank you for the message and sorry am answer late but I wanted to test your theory and yes I had no problem printing with my p1p witch at the moment is open with no enclosure the printed parts came out really good with out a problem
do couple cold pulls and good to go try get a replacement filament maybe roll just happen to be defective
I have 4 rolls and they all brake mid print
Print the hydra ams system and replace the bottom injection-molded base of your ams if you want to use a wide variety of spools. Solves most of these issues.
I will look In to it thanks
I had a similar problem with the internal hub of the AMS. The Bambu Silk PLA broke off and destroyed the gears inside that hub. I would definitely recommend upgrading to hardened extruder gears if you haven’t already.
Ese mapa en el baso es otro nivel

Manually heat extruder to 220-230F for PLA, go to the extruder menu and press the button to extrude it while gently pushing the PLA through it. Keep pressing the button to extrude it every few seconds while pushing the PLA and youll feel it "catch". Once its caught, then just keep pressing the button until you see the new filament come out. I had a few minor issues with my A1 mini and that fixed it almost every time. Its actually FASTER to just go to the extruder control, run it backwards until the current spool releases, put the new spool in and then run it forwards until the new filament comes out.
Thank you, I appreciate your comment. This video was created for a post on the Bambu Labs forum, explaining why the majority of users suggest pushing the filament down while heating up the extruder. If the filament breaks inside the extruder, it will stay stuck inside. Later today, I will post a video with more details.
I have this exact problem with the A1 Mini, push the filament and it comes through very slowly but as soon as I stop pushing it never comes through on its own...extremely frustrating.

I keep a spare extruder unit and gear assembly when i get into a jammed. I find it quicker just to swap out the whole unit, resume print, then clear the jam for the previous unit for a stand by. Keeping the gear clean helps too. You could also try to perform a manual purge by setting the hot end temps to 200f-220f (your printing filament temperatures) and press the extrude button while pushing (not too hard) the filament in into the hot end. I didn't have luck with the needle or cold pull techniques. The official wiki has good instructions as well. Also watch out for too much heat when printing with PETG and PLA. In my case, I was getting jammed after 8 hours with PETG and PLA tends to warp. This depends on your room, just leave the door cracked for long prints with the two filaments.
Thank you for your advice on keeping a new or backup extruder. The problem I am facing is that after a few hours of printing, the filament just stops in the middle of the print. I have tried replacing the extruder and the hot end, but the problem persists. It happens with all the printers I have, and even when I swap the filament to a different printer, the issue remains. The print quality is good, but the filament keeps breaking. Do you have any other suggestions or solutions?
@@1Bunkershop Try leaving the door open by a little bit when printing PETG and PLA. It's fine for short prints, however the chamber becomes overheated which makes the filament too soft before going into the hot end over time.
Quick suggestion. Bust out some calipers, and measure the thickness of the filament that kept giving you problems. I spent a whole day troubleshooting a clog in my bambu, before it dawn on me to measure the thickness of the filament. Turns out it was a bad roll of filament that had fluctuations in the thickness. Some parts would be normal, and then after a random parts would be crazy thick. You should always do a cold pull, if you get a clog. It's quick and easy. If you keep trying to print (keep the extruder heated) you run the risk of over cooking the stuck filament. Which (in my experience) turns the filament black and hard as a rock. At which point it gets crazy hard to clear the clog.
Hey, thank you for your comment. The reason why I posted this video is to respond to some of the questions and address them. You are right, it could be one bad filament, but this is already my third roll and all of them behave the same way. They all start printing really nice, but at any moment, it will suddenly stop working. I guess there's a kink or something that causes it to break inside. I have already done the drying the filament and done measurements. Also, taking apart, the extruder shows me every single time a small piece. I will post a video with more details later showing extruder. I will take it apart and show the video.
Sounds like bad filiment altogether if it's brittle and getting stuck. You may need to take it apart I'm pretty sure bambu has instructions on the website. I would maybe try drying it out but sometimes bad filament isn't worth the effort
taking extruder Part is no problem. I had a bad badge of filament. I guess I have tried different roles and it still gets stuck in the extruder. My friends also been having problems with the same brand name. It’s not even the same color and they still get the filament stuck in there.
@@1Bunkershop what are the tolerance from that company?
@@xathridtech727 well I have to be honest. I don’t know. I am new at this whole 3-D printing stuff. I’m trying to figure out things as it happens and will be showing the videos of the problems because I see is common problems and sometimes you can’t find videos like this online. There’s a lot of comments and a lot of ideas. I will try them all and post them.
