Cool cars!😮
なんで最近の金持ちって、品が………
I love Tori gates❤😊
Beautiful home! Where is this located? And how far is this from base?😄
You were in housing because you have depends? Im trying to looking videos about barracks and I don’t find anything 😫 How we’re living there ? And money is enough?
Was stationed there in 93-94 and it looks VERY similar. Thank you!
Are you a marine?
No, my husband is in the Navy.
Ac cobra
Thank you
シェルビー・コブラ
No is fake.
Thank you
I think I will have to try them! You said you got them at Family Mart?
Yes, family mart. Let me know how you like them 🤪
I love yokohama! I think it's one of my favorite cities here in Japan! That view never disappoints.
Yes!! It’s so pretty 🤩
I’ll be there soon !
That’s exciting! Safe travels 💕
Beautiful!
You have a beautiful home, I love the layout!
Thank you!
What are of yokosuka is this? We're civilian dod navy and getting ready to move there soon. Also, what agency did you use? THANK YOU. Love to see how much you were able to fit inside your home. What is your square footage if you don't mind sharing.
We are near Hayama about 20 minutes from the main base. We used iE.ESTATE and our realtor was/is Tomomi. She’s been great. Anytime we have an issue we email her and she responds promptly. I believe the house 1600 square feet. Safe travels. If you have any other questions let me know. I’d be happy to help.
All are mantises but 2 of them are in the same genus
That’s good to know. Thank you
Bling Bling!!
Much appreciated, great, and valuable information. Thank you for the video.
You’re welcome. I’m glad you found it helpful.
You should watch videos from "Aquarius Traveller" - they travel throughout QUEENSLAND. Good Viewing
Good video! I am going to CFAY for training for about a month. I was there in 2007 and again in 2011, but I can't remember if the electrical outlets/power are American standard or if I need to get some voltage adapters. I'm staying at the NGIS and I'm also wondering if the TVs are standard and if I can plug in HDMI cables without having to do anything. Do you know about this?
Thank you. The electrical outlets are typically two prong so anything you have like that should be fine but if you have any three prong plugs you may need an adapter. Not sure what they have on NGIS though. As for TVs we brought ours from the states so I don’t know about that 🤪 My apologies I couldn’t help more. Safe travels.
A very short point - you mention koala bears. Koalas are not bears, they are simply koalas.
I know they aren’t bears but I thought they were still called that 🤪 Thanks for sharing. I’m so glad I got to see the Koala’s in person. So adorable 🐨
@@williamsworld03 I don't know what happened to my reply. I don't remember how long ago it was when I last heard anyone here refer to them as bears. Glad that you enjoyed your encounter with them
Just think of their song" I'm a koala not a bear And I don't think it fair That anyone should add a word that simply isn't there.
@doubledee9675 I understand. Thanks again for sharing.
That Airbnb has millions dollar view for sure!
Yes!!! I loved the views.
Yeh, Sydney’s OK…. But it’s not Perth…. 😉
Lol tell me more. We’ve considered visiting Perth too.
Well, at this point Melbourne is the biggest and most interesting city in Australia and is only widening the gap between its Australian counterparts...
@@truthfacts5438 As Bill Bailey said, Western Australia cracks open your soul....
I’ve heard great things about Melbourne. We will have to make sure to visit one day
Great video. For exploring the city itself I wouldn't recommend hiring a car as a tourist. There's so much public transport and the new high speed underground "metro" opens in a few weeks too. We spent a few billion building it. But i guess you come from the USA where public transport is not good!
Thank you. Yes, coming from the US makes us a little leery of public transportation but living in Japan the public transportation is amazing!!!! We will try public transit next time we visit 😊
Good looking birds. Loud too!
May I know the name/address of the AirBnB you were staying in Sydney?
I added the link to the listing in the video description if you want to check it out.
That’s pretty funny. The turkey answers back.
I hope you had a fab time ♥️
We had an amazing time.
Many years ago, we lived at Cremorne Point, 2 headlands into the Harbour west from the Zoo. We'd normally hear the lions throughout the night
Wow. I bet that was cool to hear and scary all at the same time 🤪😂
@@williamsworld03 Not scary - the roars were much less noisy than standing next to the lion enclosure
@@williamsworld03 Neither really, but sometimes annoying. We just got used to it.
Shopping for breakfast foods? You were a short walk from great cafes at Blues Point Road and Kirribilli
lol yeah we tend to cook breakfast and eat out the other meals of the day. I’m sure those cafe are delicious though.
@@williamsworld03 When we travel in Europe or Nth America, we try as much as possible to stay in rental apartments rather than hotels. It makes having breakfast in our own flat so much easier and more sensible. Then we have lunch and perhaps dinner out. It also gives a different sort of relationship with the city, we're more like short term residents than just passing through. In London for example, we found a pleasant flat the classic 10 minutes walk.from Harrods, and went back there several times later on. We'd buy something from Harrods for dinner that needed very little preparation and drink a matching bottle suggested by the staff in Harrods' bottle department to accompany whatever we'd just bought. We've not been to Europe since covid hit, and given our ages now, are unlikely to make the journey again. And of course, Harrods is no more
Hi guys love your video, those rock formations on the express way were carved out of the hills to create the roadway.
Thanks for sharing that info. It looked like they carved the highway out of the rocks. I think that’s cool they didn’t destroy all the rocks to make the road.
Despite it being the 5th Continent you've been to, Australia is also it's own island. We love our 'little' island home.
It is beautiful!
I loveeeee Ana OMGGGGGG!!
Omg me too!! ANA is an amazing airline ✈️
It’s interesting to see what order people do the shipments. We did HHG first then UB and NTS last.
Yeah, I enjoy hearing how other people organize their move too.
Hello Ma’am! Got orders in Yoko and an active duty enlisted personnel. Is this house for civilian contractors/GS/Officers only? House looks great and how far is it from the Naval base. Also would like to know if the garage is enclosed. I have a motorcycle and don’t want to park it outside, like when we were stationed in Naples, IT. Any information will be greatly appreciated since this will be our first time in Japan. Thank you! V/r, Jerwin G.
Thank you! If you are military and get off base housing here you get a certain amount to spend based on your rank. This house was within that budget for us. We have like a partially covered carport but no garage at this house. Some houses do have garages that you can close to protect your motorcycle though.
ランボルギーニちゃうの?
That would be nice 😄
Was there in the early 90s, I remember it well, thanks for the fun update
You’re welcome 💕
Beautiful
I will have to get some bali tips from you. I think we will go to the spring of next year. Have you been to Thailand? We are thinking of going for Christmas this year.
I’d be happy to help. No, we haven’t visited Thailand yet but it’s on our list to visit soon.
The family I went to Osaka for springbreak! We will have to make it to the deer park next time. It looks so fun!
Yes, you have to check it out next time you are there. The deer were so friendly.
🥰🙏☀️🙏 I have just a two pieces and they look tiny compared to the galleria 😎🥰
Yes, these were the biggest crystals I’ve ever seen!!
なんて名前のお店ですか? What's the name of that shop?
I’m not sure the name we just happened to walk by it while in Kamakura. It’s on the same street as the SANRIO CAFE 鎌倉店 in Kamakura.
Thank you so much this is so helpful and informative! It is nice hearing it from someone who truly cares for their pet! I have a question about your orders to Japan, Was japan on your dream list of bases or is there a specific reason why you got sent to japan or was it just a random base you guys got orders to?
That’s a funny story. We never envisioned moving to Japan but we always wanted to visit and my husband called his detailer to see what orders were available and it happened to be. We jumped on it and never looked back. I’m so glad we did. Living here has been amazing!!
Just found your videos! I really enjoyed the first house hunting videos the first home was my favorite, it was so beautiful!
Thank you 💕
Why are they that big? Is that how it grows naturally
Not sure why they are so big but it’s how they grow naturally here.
Thing have changed since 1967
I bet they have. Wish we had videos from then to compare.
