I've been to your site, that's how I found you lol. Watched the video, and a few others for seniors like me. I thought 5R was not for me because I have disabilities (legs). Still, there must be a way for older, broken bodies to experience this - my ego gets in the way lol. I'll keep checking it out. Thanks Amber.
thanks for being honest! There are many seniors and also people with injuries who do this practice. This video is an artistic expression of the rhythms, in the classes you always move in relation to your body just as it is in that moment. sometimes on a chair, sometimes on the floor. so much is possible. Please let me know if you have any questions. we could get a home practice going for you if you are not around a local class.
