Lydden Hill Sprint 20th May as part of the Classic Marques Championship, also in class A5. My 1st visit to the circuit which I really liked. Was experiencing misfire which looks like boost limit cuts.

Hillclimbing my Mazda MX5 turbo at Wiscombe, the first time for 5 years & not since I’d changed the SC for a turbo. Previous pb was in the 48s so happy with 46.72, the next run was wet so no chance for improvement .

How du you fint the Fine Cut shifter? And how was the fitment with the lower and upper shifter rubber boot?

Hello Ralph, yes, didn’t go 4WO by luck. Managed to get home fine after finding a vacuum hose had become disconnected.

Thanks for the praise 🙂. It’s still the same turbo- TD04 13T. Slightly disappointed with only a 94.70 as I did a 93.90 in May.

Thanks very much, I just try to carry as much speed as possible through the corners. Back at Combe for the Pegasus in October.

Thanks Steve, the R888Rs seem to work well on a proper surface. It’s a shame I didn’t get T3 on camera as it was much faster.
