thank you for a very enjoyable video to watch. massive turnout of children who looked to be having so much fun. i'm now out of that age group. ha ha. perhaps the hunts could do a hunt for oaps. i would certainly come. he he.

We were taught, if a bit sticky, grab the mane. Never jerk the reins. You damage the horses mouth. Grab mane, & give your horse fee rein. Then make contact again, over the obstacle. Never whip the horse!! An encouraging tapl with a coup is ok.

I cant condone the areas where hounds & horses struggle to get over. I hunt, we wouldn't subject our animals to ditches so high, its a struggle. And we have challengeing country.

Our hunts in England are so timid by comparison. Wish we had a stretch of water like this, it looks soooooo much fun

The child on the pony doesn't know the first thing about the etiquette and rules of hunting. I hope she was disciplined by the master at hunt's end.

Been binging on hunting videos now for weeks and feel quite inclined to move to Ireland soon!:) The GB vids are nice too, but there seems to be certain Irish spirit, they're more relaxed and it looks much more fun than anything else. anyone got some advice regarding buying cheap property in ireland these days? What county is the nicest (rolling hills, woodland etc)?

A lot of these people care not for there horse.

No strained ligaments or wrecked shoulder joints/fetlocks/knees in these hunts.

One wonders if they're deliberately trying to ruin their horses going up that muddy bank. Find another spot, for godsake!!! Hunting in Ireland always looks like a sh-show in these videos.

Why on earth do they have to whip their horses over the jumps? How about throwing the stick away, use both your hands on the reins, and use your legs to get the horse over the jump, like normal people do? Or just learn to ride better. The stick would be nothing but an impediment to good riding.

In Mongolian nature, there are lots worse places we traverse by horse. Our horses are built different than these shed potatoes
