About Femi: Femi adebajo was born and bred in Bariga area of Lagos state, Nigeria. He is an indigene of Ogun State( Ijebu North Local Government area). He is a creative multidisciplinary Artist with a proven track record of successful choreographic performances and artistic projects. also working as an Artistic director of the future of dance company, Femi is an artiste with focus on exploring art as a medium of connection to the human mind. this background as greatly influenced his art with a remarkable awareness of the potency of the arts as a veritable tool for social rejuvenation.
He create radical dance movements to express himself in ways that connects to people all over the world. He is reputed to have worked with global brands such as Adidas, Theatre Del Welt, Monster struck , Company Christoph Winkler, Hektomeron Theatre Festival (Romania), Irineu Nogueira Dance Program (Munich), Sanskar Virtual Dance, Tanzfabrik school Berlin.
To hone his skills, he has attended series of workshop and mentored under Professor Wole Soyinka, Segun Adefila, Seun Awobajo, Qudus Onikeku, Sunday Israel, Akpan, Adedayo Liadi (Ijodee) Sahar Rahimi, Isioma Williams, Stine Hertel, Alice Ferl, Tairu Ajibode, Abel Utuedor, Haracio Macuacua, Seifeddine Mania, Onye Ozuzu, Vanessa Soares, Makinde Adeniran Professor Ojo Bakare, Jahman Anikulapo, Theo Lawson, Joshua Alabi, Christoph Winkler, Funmi Adewole. He is currently a member and ambassador of KIN (KIN is a crowd DAN global network of creators, connectors and cultural experts driving culture).
About “Echoes”: Echoes" is a dance film that provides a creative representation of the concept of pressure and its influence on both the physical bodies and mental states of individuals. Through dance and visual storytelling, the film showcases how the burdens and demands of life can affect people in various ways, both physically and emotionally. It aims to offer a powerful and artistic insight into the human experience, highlighting the effects of pressure and its significance in our lives.
