For days you don't feel like working out and going 60%-80% power output. 20 rounds circuit (Go at your own capabilities to finish the 40 min workout session.) ~6 pulls ~12 push ups ~12 knee tucks 2 min rounds. rest remainder of the 2 min round. First 5-10 rounds focus on form. Now go and get after it or save for later for those rough mental battle days.

Keep grinding 💯 but tbh I've watched a vid showing a study which says that supersets are not the best type of training when it comes to building muscle mass
