Easily one of my favorite final fights in any game. Sure the final phase is pretty easy, it’s more spectacle then anything I’d say but I don’t care. It’s awesome.

I genuinely can not get over the cutscene at 2:04, the music, sound design, and just everything, so beautiful.

A fun idea: Imagine if instead of becoming the Demon Dragon, Ganondorf used all of his power to transform into a colossal version of AOT/SSBU Ganon and went by this idea: DEMON GOD GANON And you would have to ride Zelda/Dragon of light to attack Ganon's weak spots before dealing the final blow

Tbh I at first disliked her because she showed up out of nowhere but I grew to love her. When I get back playing TOTK, I got to Zora Domain and visit it.

I don't care what anyone says. This fight is epic. Sure, it may not be a tough fight, but I think the Ganondorf fight before it sufficiently scratches that itch. This is a work of true beauty. Zelda not even remembering who she is anymore but still showing up for Link, and being there to catch him when he falls, literally brings me to tears. The soundtrack, too... oof. Takes my breath away.

As badass as this boss was, I wish that he did more as a dragon, or that the shots of gloom (or gloomfire?) sort of homed in on you. Beating the dragon felt easier than when he was a man. Also, why does his stone appear on the outside of him when he swallowed it? Is that just a Ganon thing or are all of the dragons secretly hiding their swallowed stones under their manes or something?

The fight itself was simple, especially compared to Ganondorf just before, but it was the atmosphere (BGM, aerial battle, fight alongside Zelda) that caught onto me. And it certainly beats the previous final boss in BOTW.
