In this chapter I show finishing the underbelly of the floor boards I replaced. This process started with the trusty grinder, wire wheeling all the dirt and grit off, then grind the underside welds for the floor pans that were installed. Then I went through very meticulously and did a light penetration test on the whole floor and welded up any pinholes in the welds. After that I was finally able to seam seal the entire floor, upper and lower. Once cured I finished off the underbelly by hitting it with some self etching primer, since I took it down to metal. Lastly was 2 heavy coats of Raptor Bed Liner to hopefully for years to come.
During editing the flywheel was sent for inspection and resurface. Net up for this truck is to clean all parts of the transmission and give a fresh coat of something... yet to be determined.
