Hey, wait a little there guys... I'm in 2023 and I see a great project here, very rational in terms of direct simplicity without frills. I also see that it travels well showing good performance of the hull lines, everything that is asked of a true motorsailer. Simplified arrangement of the sailing rig, prevents headache and crazy list of accessories. Revamping it today, with even better components, would make this product the top of the line for sailors tired of the slavery of complex and expensive maintenance. 🙂
Very few were made. Only one or two. It was among the last of the Endeavour monohulls before they went to all catamarans. I have sailed on it and it does sail well.

Wow that's good to know. There's not many out there and I have been trying to find someone who owns a 52. I have found a few 51 owners but not 52.
We recently purchased a neglected 1990 Endeavour 52 and are in the process of doing a large refit on her.

It did not. Only one was ever made. I have no idea where it is now.

Sorry. The one 54 stayed in the St. Pete area for a long time but I don't know where it is now. The 52 left the area right away. Location also unknown They were the last monohulls built before they switched to catamarans.

My wife and I purchased a 1990 Endeavour 52 about 2 years ago. It was in rough shape. It was sitting on the hard for over 6 years neglected. We are slowly bringing her back to a thing of beauty. We will be posting videos of our progress if anyone is interested let me know and I can post a link to our TH-cam channel.
I wondered what happened to the Endeavour Company.
It was bought out by another company and killed.

My wife and I bought a 1990 Endeavour 52 about 2 years ago and are in the process of refitting it. It was neglected for over 6 years. I hope for you that you can make your dream come true sooner than later.
@@ridemydirt2005 I’m currently investing most of my 401k into my house here in Hawaii then hope to have it sold in the next 2 years along with all the furnishings for boat, refit and sailing kitty for a few years. Will have about 3k a month residual coming in after I stop working to fund the liveaboard cruising lifestyle. Any advice you have is greatly appreciated.

We are in the beginning reviewing the boats we were seriously considering before we found the 1990 Endeavour 52 we bought and are currently undergoing a refit.
