Religion in Public Schools - Chris Tait
Chris Tait was the brave student who challenged mandatory school prayer in Manitoba public schools in 1986 by remaining in his seat and refusing to participate.
Now a lawyer, he spoke to HAAM members in 2012 about his experiences and talked about what has happened in the years since his challenge resulted in mandatory prayer being struck down in 1992.
