The average baby is now 65 grams and 9 centimeters. The baby's vocal cords are fully-developed this week, although you won't hear it yet until after your baby is born and starts to cry. Headaches are one of the ailments you can experience when you are 14 weeks pregnant. This headache can have several causes.
● Pregnancy hormones can cause headaches. The trouble is, there's not much you can do against headache caused by hormones. The pain only disappears when your body is back in balance. In the meantime, take good care of yourself, and there is a chance that the headache will fade.
● Other ailments can also cause you to get a headache. Consider, for example, nausea or dizziness. It is therefore beneficial to find out if your headache is related to or even caused by other complaints.
● Excessive tension and a lot of stress can cause you to get a headache. Do you worry about something? Discuss this with others and don't keep walking around with that stress alone!
