The National North boys, formerly Real "Invictus", and formerly St. Vrain "Green" have been winning their divisions and trying to earn a P1 placement for 3 years. They finally achieved their goal with their promotion into P1 this past season only to lose 2 of their starters, including their goalkeeper. National North is no stranger to having the odds stacked against them, and start their 9 v 9 season with 8 on the roster, and use some help from some of our second team players, who in their own right showed they deserve more time with our first team! The P1 division proved to be fast, aggressive, and full of kids with more technical abilities, so National North needed to up their game as well. The boys competed hard with some very close games that could have gone either way, and ultimately earn enough points to remain in P1 for another season. Mission accomplished. Next goal will be to place higher in the P1 ranks. See you in the Spring!
