@aarondelz, I have two questions. 1. I tested the workflow, and it won't move my selected contact to the next step. My contact is stuck at Wait-1st of Month 2. This feels like a silly question, but no matter when a new lead signs up for the newsletter, the workflow will send them the newsletter for the appropriate month. For example, if someone opts in on June 4th, they will receive the newsletter for July. I know that is a really simple question, but workflows are new to my world, so I want to make sure I'm not bombarding my leads with previous newsletters that may not be appropriate for that time of year.

This video was incredibly helpful. I am having issues with my workflow working correctly so I was searching for a video to help me. I couldn't find one but happened upon yours and thought it might be helpful for me to start from scratch to see if I had done anything incorrectly. I didn't get my initial question answered YET, but let me tell you, I learned so much from your tutorial. I implemented many of the steps into my current funnels and will use the other steps overtime on an as-needed basis based on the funnel. I have subscribed to your channel and will be sifting through your videos for other golden nuggets to help me use GHL to its highest potential. You're amazing! Keep up the great work. 🤩

If I create workflow similar to what you explained with stop on reply and have stop on reply (hot lead workflow) and put small nurturing sequence in it then if new lead workflow in wait state and and you got into hot lead workflow, remove contact from new lead then that wait step will stay, it's shown in execution log, I see it from the testing. What is your thought on it. Thanks.
the same happens if for some reason I drag opportunity form new lead to hot lead, I remove opportunity from new lead workflow, add tag and whatever, but if new lead workflow is in the wait it will stay in the new lead and if you have "one year" sequence it will executed that sequence, there is no way you can terminate workflow, the only solution I can see is to put if/then after each wait to look for some tag and exit. I believe it's ghl problem, they only consider scenario as you intimidate lead until lead replies or unsubscribes, and this could happen under another opportunity. I do not have lc phone yet and can't test customer replied.
I don’t know if I fully understand your first question. I think I’m missing something because it sounds like you’re explaining the way my workflows are setup. In the New Lead workflow I do have “Stop On Response” on, so that means if they reply at anytime while they are in that workflow then they will get removed from the rest of the workflow. Then in the Hot Reply workflow, they get added to it because they replied while in the New Lead workflow. I think you’re asking if you can add in a longer nurture sequence to the end of the Hot Leads workflow. Yes you can. Just add in any wait steps and sms and emails to the end of the workflow. As long as they get added to the Hot Leads workflow they will continue through it till the end.
For your second comment, just add in a workflow action called “Remove from Workflow”, and select the other workflow. Just make sure to put that action wherever you want them removed, most likely the very first step after they get added.
@@AaronDelz Forgive my long message, because it's pointless to get anything from GHL. "remove from workflow" does not terminate workflow, it removes contact from workflow, but does not terminate workflow. Per GHL only stop on response terminates workflow. Here what I see while testing, if you drag opportunity from new lead to hot lead. I added trigger pipeline changes, in workflow I have this remove from workflow but as I can see if in new lead it's in wait state, it stays in that wait state and in contact details under automation it shows new lead workflow, and it will wait until current time goes off to the next step. And if I go in enrollment history and execute next step it will go to the next step. That will happen for example if after first message customer does reply and books calendar appointment, in workflow which handling booking you "remove from workflow" but as I said it does not terminates new lead workflow. All what I described I see while testing. Probably if the goal is to get client to contact you, it will work, but if client just books appointment then new lead workflow will "hang" until it finishes execution. I can be resolved by adding if/then after each wait checking some tag, but in general it bothers me. BTW in all snapshots provided by GHL has example which has straight question and is looking for the answer, and if not they call and voicemail, then wait for one day and that's it. They do not have wait sequence, it's only one day. And stop on response is not set, they clearly looking for yes/no or nothing.
Hi Aaron, Sorry for long post. My question is about optin, In other short video you say facebook, linkedin and so on are opt-ins, including page with offer and example in this video you are talking about opt-in for the offer page, what if on the offer page it says $10 discount?.If I have wordpress site and landing page (not ghl landing page) and I put a form saying $10 discount, how do I fulfill that discount, tag saying $10 discount and keep that tag until and after they had their appointment finished, and in scenario small 1 man shop, the owner should look at visit attended state and look for the tag? And also per my reading A2P requires optin page, with no offer, just contact data just to get into system, visible and accessible, from footer of the site for example. So I have to have one optin to satisfy a2p and second optin if I want provide offer, then I have to make 2 workflows, or one with complicated logic. What are your thoughts about it. Thanks. My questions may look stupid but I have very long experience working with real programming languages and and system.

Is there a way to update profile pictures of contacts automatically by pulling them from social media accounts? From what I see, they are automatically added to contacts that started conversations on social media. I'm looking for a way to update them for contacts that have emails and phone numbers but came from other sources, like FB Lead ads. Any idea?

Hey stud, long time no see - any idea why the download would show up as audio only? it pops up as a video and I added the MP4 tag (recording shows that it's an mp4 file type) but it only picks up the audio once it's in drive (I can see the video of the recording in Zoom). Appreciate ya!

But this will be in conflict if you are using workflow gpt to reply in the livechat. Because once the system auto updates the contact, the current contact which is running inside the workflow will produce an error saying "contact has been deleted"

Hello I try to understand the differences between custom GPT, chrome and WordPress extensions, automation software like browser automation studio and make I had an idea of creating an SEO and image editing but I don't know how to go about it I thought of several solutions either with make or by creating a Chrome or WordPress plugin or by using a existing plugin but I don't think it exists to do what I want or even with a custom GPT seo: OK and what do you think about rank math? I understand that this extension allows me to scan my pages and find the keywords to replace, from my back end, have I understood correctly? And I also understood that this does not allow me to ask it to scan my entire website? I mean if I understood correctly it scans the pages but one by one and I have to do everything by hand? @@chrisder1814 I'm not quite sure what you mean by the difference between custom GPT, chrome and WordPress extensions. Are you referring to a specific Wordpress extension? I don't have much experience with Wordpress, so I'm not sure which extension you're referring to and what it does. As far as SEO, I haven't done much with SEO. As for scanning pages on a website to get the keywords used, that's an interesting question. I'll take note of this and look into to it and see what I can build. Creating Chorme or Wordpress extensions, no I have not created them. I'm not sure how I would. That would be better to ask a developer, because there is probably coding involved. You could however ask ChatGPT to create you a Chrome/Wordpress extension, and I may guide you through the process or even write the code for you. Amazon, Jungle Scout. I haven't used it, not quite sure what it does. I haven't worked with Amazon APIs, so right now I wouldn't have an answer for you on that. Unfortunately, you asked me all the questions of things that I have not learned yet. I am not a developer, so I don't know coding. A lot of this sounds like coding questions you're asking. Sorry. If/when I learn about this stuff, I'll happily create a video about it.

Good question. I actually have that recorded and am working on editing the video. I should have it up by next week. Do you have a dedicated domain setup for your subaccount? That’s definitely recommended. That also depends on the sender reputation of your domain. But in general it should be better than HighLevels shared domains. There’s more to do, that’s just one I mentioned above. I’ll cover more in my video next week.
