I understand you try providing and I know that all foods/meals do contain glucides which is a category for each food.Glucides contain proteins,carbs and even natural sugars in fruits by example.But the human body can’t last without sugar,every body has its own needs.No sugar can become in health issues , etc.. instead you can eat natural sugars which is okay!

It's just a shame Nairobi National Park is so expensive for non residents. $43 just to enter and then you've got the expensive tour fees on top of that. A tourist will be spending at least $120 to visit.
