Read what Peter says, in Acts 2:22, it will tell you that Jesus is not God. And, elsewhere in the Bible you can see Jesus never claimed divinity. Only Paul have you fooled.

Not walking in bitterness but walking in sadness and grief because it’s my entire family who refuses to listen and says I just need to get over whatever it is and that they love me. Where is the love when they refuse to see, to listen. I’ve gone no contact with my entire family. What a big job for God to help me not remember my entire abusive family on a daily basis. Prayers please, Bertie pray for me. They don’t think me telling them what they did to hurt me is a GOOD thing. They think/say I’m playing a victim.
Leave them and follow your Lord.

What makes it true?
Faith. Christianity is faith based because it is not fact based. They believe, therefore it is true for them. His argument is absurd, but plenty of people believe it is true because they believe it is true, and is therefore a faith based in truth. Kinda circular logic.
