【Ho'oponopono】Is It Possible That Ho'oponopono Doesn't Bring Any Change?
Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len says, "Love the problem."
When your body is in constant pain, when your beloved child is suffering, or when you see heartbreaking news of war every day, can you really love those problems?
What does it mean to "love the problem"?
In Ho'oponopono, "loving the problem" refers to recognizing that the subconscious (Unihipili) is showing you the true cause of the problem-the memories it has stored and held onto-to resolve them, and showing respect for this process by actually cleaning it. It’s not about despising the problem, but about acknowledging its existence and bringing it to the path of resolution. That is what it means to love the problem.
As a result, you may experience that the problem is not resolved or that nothing changes at all. However, even then, continuing to choose to clean, continuing to love the problem-this is what Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len talks about.

【Ho'oponopono】What is the Correct Way to Do It?!
มุมมอง 63114 วันที่ผ่านมา
I want to practice cleaning in the right way! If you think that Ho'oponopono might be something you can continue with, are you unconsciously doing it with a sense of anxiety about whether you might be doing it wrong? In fact, the anxiety and desire to do it correctly that arise during the practice of cleaning are memories that originally existed within us. Therefore, when you become aware of va...

【Ho'oponopono】Thinking and Cleaning
มุมมอง 1.8Kหลายเดือนก่อน
I want to be free from stress. I want to greet every morning free from worries. But as long as we keep wondering how to achieve that, we will never escape this labyrinth of memories, Dr. Hew Len repeatedly tells us. What is inspiration? What is peace? As long as we try to understand these with our minds, we can never experience them. How about us? Whenever we face a difficult situation or sense...

Unihipili is not a being that will make you happy from afar or one that has run away with treasures. It is another version of yourself that has always been within you. The inability to recognize or feel its presence is a characteristic of the conscious mind. However, Unihipili (the subconscious) is always a part of you that stays with you. When you feel unsure, unable to grasp what is being sai...
【Ho'oponopono】What Happens While You Are Thinking
มุมมอง 1.4K2 หลายเดือนก่อน
When do we interpret, judge, and analyze? When we want to know something? When we need to solve a problem? In Ho'oponopono, it is said that when we are thinking, our memories are replaying. Even when there is a comparison to be made, or when we can't move forward without finding a cause, thinking is considered a state where the life force, "Mana," is not flowing. We seem to recognize thinking a...

Where does the feeling of "wanting" something come from? I want to try that cake. I want to stay at that hotel. I want that bag. I want a partner. I want children. I want to have a dog. I want to live in that kind of house. I want to have this amount of savings. From small desires to big ones, where do the feelings of "wanting" that drive us daily come from? In Ho'oponopono, it is believed that...

For the nutrients essential to our children’s growth, to prevent cavities, to protect their eyesight, to ensure they have fun at school, to avoid future hardships, to prevent them from being sleep-deprived tomorrow… Everyone surely has things they are mindful of or cautious about for their children. We want our children to grow up freely and uninhibited. Surely, many parents think this way. However, let's pause for a moment and reflect on what we actually say to our children, what we expect from them, what we despise, what we fear, and what we are trying to teach them. Are these truly necessary for our children to fully utilize their innate talents and vitality? We've been doing it this wa...

This lesson is simple, yet profound. It's not what a person says to you that is important, it's our/your reaction (the thoughts, feelings) that comes up within you is what is important..therefore you clean that which is within you, not the other person.
