Alternatif lain bisa beli Squier Jazzmaster/Strato mini, lebih murah, jarak antar fret lebih rapat, jadi lebih gampang buat fingering chord. Sebenarnya harga the tripper yang standar juga masih relatif mirip-mirip dengan harga gitar entry level branded di pasaran (Squier, Epiphone, Yamaha, Cort), kisaran 3-4 jutaan.
