The height of the screen with stand is 16 inches from ground. No it does not have any wall mounting features , its a flat backend

Yes @monish its more than 6 months and i dont have any regrets for buying it. I picked up in a sale at amazon, so price wise and feature wise, it is total value for money, the monitor has been in sw on mode ever since 6 months , i have not sw off till date, and i did not face any problems. now i got used to it so much that my if i am using laptop at home i have to sw to this monitor. As per the reputation and production is concerned LG is a big and a better brand when compared to Acer. But this monitor was selected based on the price. So if you get same specifications LG monitor for same price, then you can buy that. Though i cant review it but, i am facing no problem for this monitor as of now.

its 20 days that i am using it non stop, i have not seen any kind of issues on this monitor. good deal for this price

its 10 days that i have been using this monitor, first of all it certainly reduces your stress of watching the smaller laptop, like i have a 14 inch one. Secondly the connection to the laptop is very very simple and it connects without a glitch. both VGA and HDMI work well. The sound of laptop is decent not so great though. The resolution does not disappoint you, though its not like 4K for sure but you will not get that quality in this price. Over all i feel its a good buy, i have liked it. Yes its a good deal in this sale

Hello Archana first of all congratulations for getting admission into Sastra, you will realize this shortly as soon as you get into college because there are still candidates who are ready to pay or use influence to get into this college. Is sastra too strict with its rules - yes, probably thats its USP and probably that is why there is a respect of SASTRA when it comes to the companies who reach for placements. At least in 500 km radius there is no better college than this. You may be surprised that your department will only concentrate on your studies and nothing else. The teaching faculty is the best, and you will be forced to study :) because of such hectic studies you may hate your faculty but in turn end up making good friends for lifetime.. so just chill maadi.... I always maintained that may be because of such measures sastra maintains its name and reputation in the circles of college and universities and the results can be seen during placements. Lastly i am not selling this college to anyone. I have no connection with this college. I have given a frank opinion about the institute. pl go through all my replies and you will agree with me. More over niranjan, i am sure by end of first year, you will start loving it too. cheers

@@collegefire269 hey I am an alumni, I scored the first in my department. I know in and out of SASTRA. Good research facility but terrible staff from first year, they all have their emotions blocking the fair judgement on people. They refused to feed me food on hostel sighting solar eclipse as a cause, why ? I don't care about some superstition. Too much narrow minded thinking.

Success depends on many factors, but one thing which i can vouch is the faculty, its top class and concentrates on the studies without any deviations. Rest its upto students to grasp what they can. The university does attract lot of companies to its placement interviews due to its reputations. I wish some aerospace student will also respond to your query. @@collegefire269 so in stream 1 my AIR rank is 2613 and TNR rank is 624. In round 1 I got mechatronics which was my 9th choice . After round 1 sliding I got IT which was my 2nd choice .

@@zerov8365 Mee too ..I got Mech at first which was my 11 th choice and in sliding i got IT .my tnr rank is around 1400 in stream 1 and 528 in stream 2

You must apply for ece and wait for 2nd sliding list, if you dont get it, try for third and sometimes there is a forth list too. However if you still dont get it, get 90% or above in your first semister in mechatrronics.. then there is a chance. Most important be updated for the sliding lists. Be sure of applying for it too.

may be little difficult , but no harm in trying... go ahead and apply, who knows what will happen in future. cheers, do subscribe to the channel

@@collegefire269 Well I've secured 187 cutoff marks and 69 percentile in jee...I've secured AIR 4657 and TNR 1434 in stream 1 and AIR 3552 and TNR 528..In round 1 i got mechanical dept..but I was okay with that..but then through sliding i got IT ..So yeah that's it!
