Hi Lisa! Yes you can use your retinal A with it. Just remember retinal A is photosensitive so it can make your skin burn easily in the sun or a tanning bed. :)

I have been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks since I was in the 8th grade, during those years I have also developed social anxiety and even talking to people triggers panic attacks! Some days are better than other and some days are worse. Recently I have found something that helps me to cope with the anxiety and control my panic attacks to a certain extent. Great video! I love Amino so much, been using it about six years myself. Summer tip: Cocoon is a great moisturizer for camping! Its light and easy to apply and the best part is the citrus scent. Lots of moisturizers are more scented and can attract bugs and mosquitoes but the Cocoon's scent is so light that it doesnt attract the bugs and the citrus scent is better if you have to deal with mosquitoes (versus a sweeter smell which draws them in).

Great video! Love the shadow you're wearing! I bought the Kate Moss lipstick too and the first two times I wore it I didn't like it either... just as you said like chalky and weird. But I started wearing less of it and I liked it way more. I feel like with that one a little goes a long way. I don't think ill be repurchasing it though unfortunately... the scent of it is too strong haha very flowery! I will definitely be trying the Revlon and Mac ones you recommended!
