The omelette and the corn are actually my fav from that restaurant 😂 it’s flavored by all the fat rendered as you bbq your meats. I gotta try the tripe fried rice next time!

Thank you for this side by side comparison. The business lounge access in Japan is definitely a great perk for the Premium Economy. I do agree with you that they need to work out with their catering vendors outside of Japan to offer a paid exclusive meal for flights leaving North American to Japan. I will admit what I was served on United leaving the US going to Europe in premium economy was a seriously sad state of affairs. It was a slight step above food from a convienece store like 7-ELEVEN. The food served on the way back from Europe was 10 times better. Do you hapen to remember the other option for the 2nd meal in Premium Economy. Were there options besides fish? I'm extremely allergic to ALL fish and can not eat any of it. It litteraly can possibly kill me. I was looking on ANA's website and I didn’t see any options for ordeing a meal that didn’t have fish of some kind for their flights from the USA to Japan other than the vegetarian meals or their "bland meal". However from Japan to North America was not a problem. I'm not sure if I'm just not reading the information on their website correctly or something was just lost in translation.

It's been years since I last ate some good Ethiopian food but just looking at that spread brings back a host of tastes and smells that I really really miss. I think its time to go back again! 😊

Some of my favorite comfort dishes come from that part of the world; the medley of spices and seasonings used always put me in a happy space. Would love to incorporate Saffron more often into my cooking as well. If only it wasn't so darn expensive in the States! 😂
