Hi Esther, these are not the types of tips I provide. Weight loss should be approached in a sustainable way - and with that, I believe a focus should be on feeling your best, feeling energized and incorporating healthier habits into your daily life rather than weight loss

this week, i sauteed some red onion and green pepper, then added enough egg whites to last me for the week! i also pre cooked some breakfast sausages. then in the mornings, all i need to do is heat up the eggs/sausages in the microwave and assemble - a high protein breakfast ready in just a few minutes!

some of the foods were from restaurants :) here are some details of what wasn't from restaurants! - pumpkin white chocolate energy balls are inspired by @laushealthylife energy bars - avocado toast is mashed avocado, fried eggs, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes & honey - chili recipe is on my tiktok and IG @biteandbloom i hope this helps! :)

makes 4 servings! ingredients for the salad 1 package extra lean ground beef (or other ground meat) 1 sweet potato, cubed 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved 1 bag lettuce or 1 head of lettuce, chopped olive oil optional: all seasoning for the sauce 1 tbsp mustard 1/3 cup miracle whip or mayo 1-2 tbsp pickle juice or vinegar (enough to get a creamy consistency) optional: diced pickles and red onion instructions 1. heat a frying pan over medium heat. fry ground beef until throughly cooked, sprinkle with all seasoning (or salt and pepper). be sure to break the ground beef into small chunks. 2. peel or wash sweet potato and cut into chunks. place onto a lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. bake at 375 for 15 minutes, or until you are easily able to put a fork through. 3. to make the sauce: mix mayo, mustard, and pickle juice together until well combined. if using, add in diced onion and pickles. 4. to assemble your salad, evenly place chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and cooled sweet potato and beef into 4 containers. be sure to let your sweet potato and beef cool before adding them to the containers! 5. drizzle with your sauce and place in the fridge!

🍪high protein cottage cheese cookie dough 🍪 this one is definitely for my cottage cheese lovers! - 1 cup cottage cheese 1/3 cup oats 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed 1 tablespoon chia seeds 2 tablespoons maple syrup (+ more if you prefer it sweeter) 2-4 tablespoons chocolate chips (depending on how many you want! - blend all ingredients expect chocolate chips and chia seeds in a food processor or blender! one blended and well combined, add chia seeds and stir. portion the mixture into 2 small bowls, and mix in chocolate chips. I like to let mine set in the freezer for 5-10 minutes before enjoying! also, this recipe isn’t TOO sweet, so feel free to add more maple syrup if needed :) enjoy!

Hi there! I believe you can, most schools have an international i route I think. I’m not 100% sure, but I think you’d have to double check the websites for certain schools!

R E C I P E (serves 2) - 1/2 cup dates - 2 tbsp cream cheese - 1/4 tsp vanilla - 1 tsp maple syrup - coconut flakes (optional) - mix cream cheese, vanilla and maple syrup together until smooth - slice dates in half and fill with cream cheese mixture - top with toppings of choice!
