The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method using a timer to break work into intervals. This 45/15 variation involves:
1) Set Timer: Set a 45-minute timer.
2) Work Focused: Work on a task for 45 minutes.
3) Short Break: After 45 minutes, take a 15-minute break.
4) Repeat: Repeat steps 1-3 four times.
5) Long Break: After four cycles, take a 10-30 minute break.
6) Start Again: Return to step 1.
