How To Love Difficult People
มุมมอง 12021 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
In this video I talk through how to love those who are hard to love. (Unbelievers, specifically). These are my current thoughts, as someone currently walking through this, so I know it's easier said than done, but with God's help, it is possible. Pray for your enemies and whoever your "love challenge" is this week, love them SO WELL that they can't not see Christ through you. !!! Praying for you!

    rabbi schneider (discovering the jewish JESUS) website (he is amazing by the way) He once gave a testimony how he had been listening to some music and when he went to sleep he started having all these perverted dreams. He asked GOD what was happening and it was revealed that the singer he was listening to was living a sinful lifestyle and the spirits were coming against him from the music (think of an open door) there is alot of ways the enemy trys to affect us and we always need to be on guard . GOD bless! in JESUS name!

    Jewish guy here. 1. It isn't the Jewish expectation, it is the biblical expectation. The idea of Jesus coming to get rid of sin and then come back another time is completely nfounded and only a Christian answer. 2. All biblical scholars (Jewish, Christian, and athiest alike) agree that the verse in Gensis isn't referring to a plural in the Godhead, rather it is the royal we, or God talking to angels as we see he does in other parts of the Bible. 3. Saying commandments are fulfilled in Jesus is meaningless sttatement. For example this is what scripture says about circumcision, "And God said to Abraham, “As for you, you shall keep my covenant, you and your descendants after you throughout their generations. 10 This is my covenant, which you shall keep, between me and you and your descendants after you: Every male among you shall be circumcised." Please explain how this passage is being fulfiled "through Christ" ? Did God not know it wouldn't last forever, becasue Jesus would come? I would also like to know what type of Jewish education you got. Do you even read Hebrew?

    one of the best testimonies I have ever heard was corrie ten boom who was a jewish christian and she and her sister were placed in nazi concentration camps and her sister died in the nazi concentration camp. after the war a nazi leader came up to her and told her he became a christian and asked GOD to give him a chance and find her to ask for forgiveness. he found her and for 1 minute she couldnt forgive him and GOD let her know that she was now unforgiven she quickly forgave the man and shook his hand. GOD helped Her forgive so she could stay in forgiveness and be forgiven. I suggest anyone go find her testimony and hear it in her words

    Trick or treating is harmless fun while getting candy but there are 2 sides, the harmless fun like candy and getting to know neighbors and then the is stuff like demonic movies, decoration and games, if you are going to celebrate halloween stay on the first side.

  • @swaylegend5164
    @swaylegend5164 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

    I disagree. When you’re getting candy from other neighbors you’re also partaking in the demonic environment around you. It feels like you’re almost saying it’s okay to go out and trick or treat because I’m only dipping my feet in the water instead of putting my whole body in. And if we’re being honest, candy is really bad for you and can cause many health problems and make your thinking fuzzy, making temptations harder to resist.

    Let’s be honest here, the Bible says absolutely zero about Halloween - accept that. One can’t cherry pick verses taken completely out of cultural and historical context and try to make them fit. Further these verses typically refer not to the historical facts concerning the origins of the holiday, but rather the legend, lore, assumptions, myths, and perhaps more importantly, the misinformation, outright lies and religious paranoia that surround it. While some argue that Ephesians 5:11 ("Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness") prohibits celebrating Halloween due to its perceived pagan origins and association with darkness, this interpretation is does not take into account the context of the verse, which is primarily focused on actively participating in evil deeds, not simply engaging in activities with a preconceived historical connection to paganism (which is not at all correct) To say Halloween’s connections to ancient Samhain, or anything “ancient” for that matter, are, at best, extremely tenuous, would be grossly overstating the facts. Virtually all of the customs associated with the modern secular celebration of Halloween developed only in the past 500 years and have no connections to ancient pagan religious practices. In short, Halloween just does not have the “pagan precedent” so many people seem to desperately want it to. Even the concept of ‘Trick or Treat’ is a relatively new phenomenon, originating from right here in the USA from about the 1920’s or so, and represents a mix of cultures, capitalism, and accommodation. As one commenter puts it - “This smear campaign against Halloween, in which it has been scapegoated among Christians as the ultimate manifestation of secularism and Satanism in contemporary culture, only goes back to fairly recent modern times when certain Christian groups resorted to any fanciful tale to counter the emerging counterculture of the 60's and 70's that they perceived as corrupting youth. Christian leaders since then have clutched us in a guilt trip ever since about a holiday which, prior to this extreme reaction, was indeed harmless for the most part like any other holiday and had no connection with satanic rituals. It was a cultural festival which, though mischievous at times, really posed no threat to society until we were forced to believe that it did.” And as an Orthodox priest quipped in a 2010 article about Halloween, “And let’s be honest: modern Halloween for you and me-and even the Wiccans down the street-has nothing to do with virgin sacrifice or black magic. It’s about having fun in a costume and eating things your dentist wouldn’t approve of. No one was ever possessed by the devil because he or she dressed up for Halloween or passed out licorice or read a Harry Potter book. Our modern lives have way too many other avenues for temptation to enter, and these things are the real cause of our spiritual problems."

    I got no war on woman hood. I’ve just seen you for what you are and have no desire to even speak to 99.9 % of them. And my mind and direction in life have been so much clearer and happier since I have. Now foreign woman are still pretty darn hot, men need to start looking farther afield for a TRUE companion in life 💁 companionship is not part of American women’s agenda. It’s just what they can take a guy for.

    If you want to challenge yourself, get married. If you want to challenge yourself more, have children. And remember, the person you marry is one day going to look like an old goat or duck, so if you love them, it will not be based on circumstances or looks, but them for being human. Marriage is a covenant, different from other relationships.
