I love how you can take a verb and just add a Y onto the end to describe a trail section "Climby, Cruisey". Hopefully no stumbly, fally downy etc.

A Millsite is public land acquired under federal law for mineral land or rights. So, that saying on the rock has just as much to do with the PCT as the Palaeolithic cave paintings in Lascaux, France. A house in the middle of the desert plain is a dead give away for a safe house or secret underground lair. Well deserved applause. Slackpacking past Silverwood Lake was a good idea in many ways. A couple of other vloggers who camped at Silverwood had some bear adventures. There is apparently a habituated bear in the Silverwood Lake area.
