All children need and deserve a safe place to grow and thrive and learn, but it’s not always possible for many complex reasons. I think it would be useful to include more information on where to get help and support for the young people and their caregivers/parents. Personally I moved out at 18 and had a mortgage by 20-back when you could get 100%loans that is-and carried on working as a carer at nights and weekends/holidays-whilst doing my Art then OT degree. I think my no nonense upbringing helped.

We did work experience with the Together Trust on accessibility for railway stations. This is really important as many people are not able to use the train because of little or no accessibility - which is frustrating and has a huge impact on people's mental health.

Not to be confused with the Together Trust Music Festival which is taking place at The Lowry on June 28th 2023. The Music event features Performances by special School's from across the North West including Together Trust's own educational services. This year's will be the twentieth Anniversary and will also include Former Students of the earlier Festivals now in adult provision. l

Great work Paul. Something that isn't mentioned is your wonderful work with School Choir. Your years at Inscape Salford was outstanding and you made an excellent contribution to building an excellent tradition at the School. Hey. I don’t know if you will remember me, but it’s Brandon Vaughan. I used to go to your school and take place in IL2 everyday until I left in 2018. That place was everything I needed to be the person I am today. It was stressful, worrisome, and sometimes I didn’t quite understand, but I had an amazing time over there. Safeguarding nightmare this company. I’ve never worked anywhere that buries so many incidents. Mark once came into one of our team meetings to crow over the profits that the Trust was making. Midway through he abruptly got up and left after a colleague started to talk about an ongoing safety issue that was endangering a service user and his supports staffs lives. He didn’t want to be held accountable by having knowledge of it. Lower management then covered it up.
