Just wanted to share a useful method to cook brinjals alongwith orher essentials....take a cooker..add a grid and put some water ...then take a steel utensil which fits in your cooker and put baingan,tomatoes, garlic etc in that ....cover it with a steel plate and close the lid of the cooker ...two whistles and done 😊 Hope it helps.
