I am currently using the Oculus(Meta) Quest 3 but i have also used the Quest 2 in the past, both are good headsets. They are both standalone headsets that i use Quest Link to play VTOL VR with. I like both because i can play standalone games on the quest store and then more with Quest link, But if you just want to play PCVR then i would look into dedicated headsets for that. When looking at all of the options look at the quality and price. I hope this helps!

@@EnterExcuseVR Thank you, excellent information! Last couple questions if you don't mind how do hold the joystick and throttle? I've heard most people just hold the joystick and lay it against there knee or something and same thing with the throttle. I don't know how comfortable this would be nor if i would be able to do this comfortable? do you do this or how else do you? And what link cable do you use? Wondering if the expensive official one is good or not? haha Along with any special/extra accessories you use? like elite strap or something.. And do you have any problems with tracking? I've heard the quest 3 and controllers tracking can make this game frustrating?

You're welcome! I use the arm rest on my chair to rest my wrist on, or sometimes on the joystick I'll rest the bottom of the controller on the arm rest and use it like an actual joystick. I also bought the Quest 1 a while back so i just use the long cord from it to connect to my computer. I don't use any extra accessories other than a big battery pack on the back that i use when i play standalone. I haven't had any problems other than sometimes if i tilt my head far enough back then it wont be able to see the controller but for the most part it is fine.

Before this video i didn't know how to use the quick save or how to open the menu on my hand but now that i know it its making these missions a lot easier. It defiantly saved me a lot of time. I'm pretty sure that you can use both ways through out the whole game.

The jammer is to jam their radar which effects the radar guided missiles meaning they could also be using heat seeking missiles. The aim-120 for example uses the plane's radar initially to get to your general location (which takes mid-band to jam), then when they go pit bull they switch to a radar on the missile (which takes high-band to jam), also meaning you might have to use two jamming slots. If you want to increase the chance to successfully jam the plane or missile you can increase the power going to that specific jamming slot. But you cant just jam and keep flying straight or else the missile will still hit you, you would have to jam and still do evasive maneuvers also. To jam a missile you will have to go to your ARAD and look for the M symbol and lock on to it to jam it. Most radar things on the ground use mid-band to jam also. There are some SAM sights that have separate radar that are away from the actual SAM site themselves or are helping them, meaning that you might have to jam a radar that isn't close to the SAM site.(I've seen this on the 'Strike on naval test lake' mission) I hope this helps!

@@EnterExcuseVR is there a way to brake a lock from an enemy plane?

Once they have a radar lock on you cant break it unless you go outside of their radar view or if they unlock from you. But if they do shoot at you there is a way to avoid it but its hard, i might make a video about it if i cant complete the next mission by Saturday.
