2021 Mill Creek Watershed Bull Elk Hunt. Weather is a HUGE consideration when applying for this tag. Fog and clouds eliminated many days of the 9 day season. This bull was killed Opening Day, sky was clear. Fog & clouds & rain rolled in for next several days. Very difficult terrain. Limited trails. Consider having mules lined up if you are successful.
