is this just more complicated paper tuning ?
It has the same end result as paper tuning. We prefer to do it each year just to double-check that the broadheads have the same impact as our field points. Not all broadheads are created equal. Great question!

guys enjoyed your video. I have one of those chairs and they are awesome and help with my back . I hunt with some high CRP grass in flat country so I have to use chairs quite a bit but when conditions dictate for me to be low that chair is awesome. There is a Podcast with some Hornady Subject Matter Experts that discuss how the 53 grain V-Max is the best round for a 223 and provides great knock down at far distances. The say the 53 grain is their best match with the 223. You might look for it and listen to it. They say the 55 is a good cartridge but the 53 is better. Just an fyi.
