from someone who works for a gas company. when we put gas pipe in the wall and we cant soap it out for leaks. we'll run whats called a meter test. it will show if theres any leaks. if there is one. we just have to locate then fix

For those idiots that have to ask... The water does not come from the pipe. It comes from the valve. That's why it appears to magically have pressure with the new valve. Now you know. Anymore stupid questions? 😊

explain to me how there was no water coming out when you took it off, but then there magically was once you put the new one on.
He probably turned the house water off so it’s not pressurized when removing the old one. Saves him getting a little more wet
