Prerequisites - part1 and part2 are the pre-reqs of installing firmware 311. You must have firmware 311 or newer.

Hey bro. Nice one one. Super speed Improvement. Is your power wheels still running?I have a Mercedes amg 6v powerwheel for my son. I want to know of my 5AH m18 MILWAUKEE will fry the motor on this.did u connect this with the original fuse or did some extra stuff on it. I know that you definitely need to install the battery adaptor for Milwaukee battery
It actually burnt the motor up fairly quick. I’ve yet to do a proper setup to run the M18 battery.

Just use Forscan, one click and it's done
One click if you have forscan. A lot of people don’t have Forscan, but have Ngauge. This video is for people that have Ngauge.

Yep. Just keeps your fogs on with your brights.

L RBS you can get the free extended license for forscan. That will allow you enable Bambi mode.

Correct. That’s what I use. The 2 mo trial license.
What’s the difference between the two Bambi modes? I’m gonna be getting some pod lights to replace my fogs, and don’t want to add a switch, but not sure what the difference between the two modes? Look forward to get a ForScan soon to do some cool changes!
Nick Craig the two lines work as follows: Top: if you have your brights on (with fogs too) and you park and turn off your truck with them still on, the next time you start the truck the brights will be off. Bottom: After you start your truck again, the brights will still be on.

I have two f 150 one 2016 and new one , you know if I can use it in the two cars? or I need to buy a linceses for each car?
sebastian borbor I’m not certain since their licensing policy is different now. But my best guess is that one license will allow you to use it on any vehicle. Each vehicle will create a different profile, but the profile, as far as I know, does not require another license.
I found your video very informative being new to forscan it was a real help for me. I was wonder do you create a new profile each time you load up forscan if you made changes during a previous session so it doesn't load up modules prior to last changes ?

Can you do the "high 6 mod" and have the lows, fogs, and highs come on when you turn the high beams on?? Or is this what the Bambi mod does?? It looked like your low beams were off. That's why I ask.
Riding With The Reid's yep that’s what this does. High 6 mod sounds a lot better though lol.

Do you need a driver for the obd2?
Rodel Tuazon I personally didn’t for my laptop. But some people do find they need to download a driver for the adapter.

Awesome video. Do you know if that module will allow me to change the DRL configuration on a 2016 Edge? I'd like to turn off the headlight DRL and retain the LED foglight surround DRL. I'm upgrading to HID low beams and can't have them as a DRL.

Usually just a couple hours. Sometimes longer if you register on the weekend.

Hmmmm. I would think it should work the same as before. Existing functionality should not need Forscan, but I don't know for sure. Your best bet is to join the Facebook group called "Forscan Users". List your details in a post there, and they will help out.

I have a problem, I did the bambi mood and now my turn signals are hyper flashing inside the truck but they are flashing normal on the outside of the truck, that's all i did was the bambi mood nothing else. Can anyone help me with this?
Do you have LED turn signals or not? What year and trim vehicle do you have?

atmospheric82 ok I will do that, this is my kind of luck when it comes to things like this, I post a question in the forscan forum and people talk to me like I'm stupid and just need to read the instructions plus they are rude. I saved the factory setting and the way my computer saved it is a whole line of numbers so I'm going to try and set it back to the factory setting.
Shoot, most of us have all ran into a weird issue with Forscan! I turned on some Canadian feature at one point lol. I would revert back. Try it one more time. If it does the same thing, shoot me a message.
What version of ForScan are you using?

Awesome video and Bambi mode worked for me just like you showed BUT my 2018 F150 XLT codes are much different for doing the GT blue theme on stereo start up? Is there a specific 2018 F150 Spreadsheet yet??? I can't find one anywhere.
The experts maintaining the spreadsheet say it works for 2018 too. Usually they add a new note to say if it doesn’t work for a specific year and trim. You may see different values, but the end result of making these changes should be the same. If you are real familiar with the software, just back it all up before you try the GT Theme. Honestly I ended up reverting back to stock theme because I didn’t want to have dealer thinking I was playing around. It doesn’t void warranty, but if sync has an issue, some techs may give you a hard time.
