@@iuliana2503 Just a work around... Have u tried just using plain water for cup 1 moving forward? Get the parts started and warmed up so it will froth right? Then you only start making drinks from cup 2 instead? This is what I do to my Nespresso before I make my first cup and extraction is always better after parts are warmed up and it's like starting a car in winter before driving kind of analogy. I was thinking of getting this model and but thinking of getting a Delonghi instead after your videos.

if he uses low fat milk, there is a possibility that foam would not form propertly. bigger percentage, better milk.

@@slaanakljajic6581 No-no, it’s a misconception. Foam is stabilized by the protein content of the milk, not fat. It is because protein lowers the surface tension of water but fat does not. You should instead seek high protein low fat milk which is contradictory and depends on the production process of the dairy product. However, since my last comment, I found out the exact cause of this phenomenon, which is the improper cleaning of the frother steam jet ejector. At first, you should never let the milk residue dry inside the tube and immediately after frothing, you should rinse it by frothing clean cold water with the “milk” program, it is clearly stated in the user’s manual. Which is vaguely stated is that you should also clean the tiny air suction hole on the back side of the ejector head because when that is clogged, no air is sucked into the stream and only steam is injected into the milk which condenses and does not produce any foam. This little hole connects to a capillary on the steam outlet which produces very tiny air bubbles that also helps producing very stable foam. This is basic German overengineering.
