That grill looks great! Did the RAM emblems come with it or did you order them separately? If so, where did you get them?

As others have said, buy the proper tools. It will make life easier and save you money in the long run. You will end up rounding off your oil pan bolt if you keep doing it the way you're doing it. The hardest part about the oil change is indeed the oil filter removal. I personally found coming in from the front of the truck and placing my filter wrench on it is the easiest way (not that easy but better than coming in from the side and behind the engine) to take the filter off. And the truck takes 7 qts. of 0w-20 oil. However thanks for taking time to film your oil change. I'm sure it will help some folks.

Ok, I have a REALLY dumb question & hoping you will answer me. I pulled up your video to see what it looked like under the hood of your 2022 RAM 1500. I'm not mechanical (as in I never look under the hood) & today while detailing my 2022 RAM 1500 decided to wipe the dirt & dust of some of the plastic engine parts. So, I opened my hood for the first time & there is no large plastic cowling covering the front part of the engine, (like the one I had in my Jeep Wrangler). So, I instantly thought someplace where I got an oil change may have removed it & forgot to put it back on. My engine looks EXACTLY like yours in the beginning where you show the blue funnel. I have the little black plastic cowling in the rear of the engine, but was expecting the ENTIRE front of the engine to be covered with one. Did yours have a large front plastic engine cover & you just removed it? Again, my engine looks exactly like I see in your segment where you first show the blue funnel. I hope you can answer this for me, Thanks so much !!!

You have to prep the wheels Degrease them well. Wipe them down and make sure they’re super clean and super dry I’ve got black dipped rims for 12yrs now. I like this color. I’ll add a base of black then coat with this color

How long does it last? Will it come off after a car wash?

lower it down. The line will back up if its cooling in the pipe before hand.

I would be curious after seeing two videos showing how the internal crank pressure is increased, how much it increases. I think if the hoses are larger than the original and minimal obstruction it may not increase the pressure.

Are you saying the silicone hoses reduced the amount of oil collected in the catch can?

If you use good quality synthetic motor oil it will not evaporate so much. Pennzoil Ultra Platinum

Just wanted to thank you for you video. It was so much easier to follow what you did than trying to figure the instructions that kept adding extra steps. I programmed both my new fobs in under 5 minutes.

My 4x4 is a little different - the filter is tucked up by the power steering... I put 6 and a half quarts of penzoil platinum 5-30... this was my first change on this truck... good enough - had my neighbor helping out... thanks, neighbors : )

I tried this product on my 2015 Ram 1500. The tech at Simple Key could not make it work either. Total waste of time and moneuly.

My fob is all worn out, but still works, can I just put everything inside the old fob onto the new shell?

So for some reason my original key slowly stopped working and I was trying to use this simple key kit to replace it but it won't work because I need my original key to work correct?

Question? I suspect my ignition switch is defective and want to replace it with one I will buy from ebay, will I be able to program the new key with this device or do I have to take to dealer ? I don't want to buy a new ignition switch from dealer because they want like 1000.00 for it and I am not 100% sure this is the cause of the problem.

How do know switch side is the positive or negative with plugging in the led bulbs ?
