Anni, please tell me what the blue gooie stuff is, I see it everywhere on youtube but they don't say what it is. Thank you. I love this ring, and your videos.
Hi! The blue gooie stuff is made for setting stones for example. It's called Thermo-Loc. I will link you the version I bought! 😊👍 webshop.sar-machine.fi/verkkokauppa/fi/koti/2001-thermo-loc.html so basically it's hard material in room temperature, but once dipped into a hot water it gets soft and you can stretch it 👌 always be super carefull with hot water and hot thermo-lock, it gets sticky and hot fast! 🙂🦋

Hi colleague! ✨️🌸 That question has as many answers as there are jewelers. There ar people who charge per hour and some who charge according to the piece they are making. I'm sorry I don't have a exact number for you, but it depends on the person, brand, city, business and a lot more things! 😆👏

Such beautifully captured video! Do you film these yourself or have someone else do it for you? Do you mind sharing your camera/lenses used to film this? 😊
Hi, thank you so much!! 🌸✨️ I film all of my videos alone, except for couple shots sometimes, but for example this video is filmed 100% by me 😊 I use Canon M50MarkII as my camera body, canon 50mm 1.8 for close-ups with extension tubes, canon 24mm 2.8 for wider shots, and my kit lense sometimes 😄 I'm dreaming of a good zoom lense, which would have a lot of light 👏

Thanks for sharing the specs, never thought M50 gives such good quality results.. and great idea to use Extension tubes instead of Macro lenses.. saves a lot of bucks and gives similar/amazing results! You have an eye for storytelling and do a great job of shooting+editing these videos! 🥰

@@annimartikainen well I went to your link and it was not in English. I have my flush cutters I do not know how to spell the name right now. They have been good to me, but I need an upgrade… have about four different brands of cutters some I’ve owned since 2008. Believe it or not two of the pair still work pretty good but they were cheap flush cutters. I mean, they didn’t cost a lot of money. You know, I love your video and I like how you re-created your piece of jewelry. I’m live now on TH-cam. But I have to wait 14 days to change my name. You never will find me. I have the same name as a girl that had been kidnapped for over 20 years and the man she had two children with him and he kept her locked up in the basement of a house. He owned for 20 years. She actually escaped. And my name is her name.. I am not going to be putting my last name for people to find me. This is what my name will be as soon as I can change it. I think you made a great come back with the pendant. Your texture looks like what I do… I use silver dust that I save from all my filing work. I wet the silver piece then I add my silver dust and I fuse the silver dust to my design.. Great video… Hugs, 🤗 Michelle

Can I ask a very important question: what was the diameter of the stones you set, and the diameter of circles you scratched on the silver plate? What is size of the space you leave between the stones on order to create the small beads? Thank you so much. 😊
Hi, thank you for the kind message! 🌷✨️ If I remember correctly, the stones in this one were size 1,7 or 2,0 mm. The material I leave between the stones is about 0,2mm. It varies, but the main guideline I learned was, that the stone can't touch eachother but they either can't be too far away from each other. If they are too far away, the material won't be enough to cover both stones. I will get back to you and tell you the diameter of the circle! 😊

What are the materials that you are using? Is that sterling silver or brass? Also what is that green stuff you are using?
Hi! The pendants are all 925silver! The flowers on top of them are 14K (585) gold 😊✨️ Only using precious metals in this one 😍 The green fluid is flux, the stuff that protects silver from getting firescale. Unfortunately I yet haven't found a flux that would be very effective 😮💨😮💨😮💨

The mistake was that the sphere of the pendant teared while I was pushing it, but I went with the plan B and it's still fire and that's all folks 🔥🤌

Hi! The lines in 00:30 and 00:50 are made with a "pen" that is made of steel. I coulnd't find a name to it but maybe a marking awl? webshop.sar-machine.fi/verkkokauppa/fi/koti/2704-piirtopuikko.html this is the one that is used in a video. 😊🤝 thank you so much for watching! ✨️
