Ipad won't be of any use in 1st and 2nd year. Coz mainly you will be studying from textbooks. But you can still buy it. You can keep textbook pdfs, make digital notes, watch videos, etc. Depends on your usage

Can I know that are you facing any issues while note taking with pencil pro after updating to 18, after updating to 18 sometimes Ifelt some missing while note taking on apple notes,I am sure that it is only after updating to18 and the screen protector is not the problem because before update it was working perfectly fine.
