My Njord lasted a week, died on me. Emailef and called posted number. No response - I threw the watch out!

I have the same issue with the blue tooth. If you can't connect blue tooth after the watch battery dies you can't set the time. It is so intermittent. If you rely on the time that's why you wear a watch I would look else where. I didn't want to catch it on something put in my pocket. Somehow I reset the watch. I couldn't get it to connect again for like a week. I gave up on it after that. I am in the process of trying to return. The customer service takes weeks to reply. It is a very nice watch and works great if it stays connected to the phone. They have some issue to work out.

They are junk. Mine stopped working after 4 months, imagine that, the warranty just ran out a week ago. Customer service is a joke. Terrible company that are selling cheap junk and refused to stand behind their product. DO NOT Buy !!!

Do not buy this watch....used one for 6months and the face got scratched,,,,the display blurred,,,njord said I was out of the 120 day warranty,,no replacement or repair.....so much for the indestructible watch....

I just unboxed mine. Right off the bat, having issues connecting BT. I do like the aesthetic and the build quality seems legit. Now if only i can get it connected... thanks for the video bud!!!

Thanks so much for this review - I was almost going to order one to replace my lost G shock, which is pretty well indestructible, so I think I'll get another G shock instead. They are certainly value for money. I've also seen other reviews of the Njord Gear that advise a lot of the features don't work properly and you need an app on your phone to be on constantly. Many thanks again and good luck dealing with them.

Nice review. I ordered one and thought I would give it a try. My wife is on her 2nd Apple watch in 3 years. Those things are outrageously expensive and don't last. If I get a year out of it I'll be happy. I'm upgrading from a Casio G-Shock 😀

At least you guys got your watch and it broke. As far I am concern my watch got lost in delivery but the couldn't refund my money and the send another one but it still hasn't gotten to me. Their customer service is horrible and there is no mean to contact them. The are based in Quebec. It a huge scam.

I've had the exact same watch you are showing had no issues with it for 5 months just got the magnetic wrist band last week super easy ti install as most watch bands are hideous never the less it was easy first day after putting it on I lost the watch band didn't hold very well found on the app find my watch after locating it was relived day 2 lost it again well no problem went back to the app and found it in the refrigerator ya I know the fridge go figure but now it watch won't power up or come on just a black screen went back to the app it says it's 100% charged and is connected I've email the company got a response saying they got my email and are reviewing not sure what the contails but now word from them yet if anybody knows what's wrong I'd luv to hear it or does indestructible only mean 5 months 🤷

I bought a watch that is named differently but looks the same, has the same APP, is also referred to as C20 on the phone but cost me $ 19.20 on Amazon. It has the same features and same screens. It has loud speakers and I have been able to answer calls and speak to it. The battery life is about 10+ days. I have paired it to my S24 Ultra and found no connection issues. It has 10 ATM water resistance with NO time limit. This means that I could submerge it in water for hours without any effect. I have not tried it. The only issue I found it that looking at the watch in direct sunlight was hard. It was not very bright. I think that the name "Njord Gear" and the one I got (referred to as "Military Smart Watch for Men with Blood Pressure...) are the same watch but with different names and different prices. I got my watch in 2 days (Amazon Prime) and it sure beats a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic because I lost the GW 4 Classic because I had it in a swimming pool for a little more than 1 hour and water went in. The Samsung Watch was rated at IP 68, but that means that it is resistant to water for a depth of 1.5 m for up to 30 minutes. The Samsung Care+ that I had did not help and Samsung asked me to pay an extra $ 147 to get the watch repaired. I declined and threw the watch in the trash.

It is a c20 smartwatch sold on ali-express for 20 dollars. Njordgear is a scam.

btw yeah, njord is just a scam fr. they bot their comments, if u scroll there are “verified” customers that all have 5 star reviews that just say “great watch!” and like 5 of them from the same person. seems like a nice place lol
