Age Limit: Minimum age should not be more than 18 years on the date of publication of advertisement and maximum age should not be more than 40 years on the date of publication of advertisement.
2. As per rules, in addition to the basic honorarium, EPF and ESIC will be payable to the employees, EPF and ESIC will not be payable on the posts with consolidated honorarium.
3. This appointment will be completely temporary on contract basis, which can be terminated without any prior notice or on one month's notice. No claim for regular appointment will be valid in this regard. No claim of the person thus employed for regularization in service after employment will be valid. Employed persons will neither be considered as government servants nor will they be entitled to any facilities ascribed to government servants. Their placement will be under the District One Stop Centre, Mission Shakti. ,
The final merit list will be published on the basis of desired educational qualification, work experience and insight of the employment candidates on various platforms.
5. Preference will be given to candidates having work experience in government department/institution/office.
6. In case of work experience in a government/semi-government or non-government department or institution office, only the experience certificate issued by the appointing authority will be valid.
7. Selection Process: Candidates possessing prescribed qualifications will be invited for interview. Information for participating in the interview will be given to the concerned candidate on the NIC website of the district (nawada.nic.in) and the mobile number given in the application will be given.
8. Employees employed on honorarium basis will neither be considered as government servants nor will they be entitled to any facilities ascribed to government servants. No claim for service regularization by employees employed on honorarium basis will be accepted.
9. All rights related to advertisement and service conditions are under the control of the District Magistrate, Nawada. District Magistrate, Nawada reserves the right to modify/cancel the advertisement.
10. Interested candidates may send their application in the prescribed format along with self-attested photocopies of educational qualification and experience certificate/mark sheet by registered post within 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement till 5:00 pm, mentioning the post applied for. It will be accepted in the name of District Program Office, ICDS Vikas Bhawan, Collectorate Complex, Nawada. In case the certificate is not attached, the application will be prima facie rejected. Applications received after the above mentioned deadline will not be accepted.
11. Separate applications will be valid for more than one post.
12. Candidates will keep the print out of the filled application safely with them.
13. Candidates will keep visiting NIC website (nawada.nic.in) regularly for updates and other announcements related to advertisement.
