To make a perfect flowing fabric there is a much easier way to do in photoshop. You see where the fabric repeats (just follow the weave lines) and use the perspective crop tool to cut out the repeat. The image will make itself straight. Then you can do some final touch ups by using the filter-other-offset, but often that is not needed. In the way in the video you will never get a perfect fabric repeat cause there is a difference in width or height and you need to blend that out somehow, and it is more complicated.
