You must visit Sanctuary or any 7 Outpost to receive the Objective. Remember when we had to repair telescopes? Well, this new Objective has us destroying them for parts, you have to destroy 3 all in a single match. I think I found the easiest place to land and collect them quickly. Please, Like And Subscribe.

Try playing a contamination match. That did the trick for me
The description is apparently wrong. Play one game of takedown or showdown in casual. Get 10 kills and win the game
