Atlasaurus: The Long-Legged Titan of Africa
Sauropods come in many shapes and sizes. If you were to travel back to Northern Africa during the Jurassic Period, you’d see one with the longest legs of any sauropod that we know of. Meet Atlasaurus, the slim-boi of Morocco.
#dinosaur #sauropod #atlasaurus
Honestly this was fun to make. Once again, I wanted to cover a Jurassic animal and stumbled upon this lanky behemoth. Now all I need to do is get that Eofauna figure.

Tsintaosaurus: The Weirdest Hadrosaurid Ever…kind of
มุมมอง 1.1K14 วันที่ผ่านมา
Take a dive into the weird side of paleontology with Tsintaosaurus, a dinosaur who was involved in a mistake that made it look…interesting to put it mildly. There were two reasons I wanted to make this video. One, it’s an animal that lived alongside my favorite dinosaur, Sinoceratops. 2, That crest is something else huh? lol Information in this video came from Wikipedia, The Dinosaur Database, ...

Ever wondered what would happen chickens were demons? No? Well too bad because they existed in Hell Creek during the late Cretaceous period. This was honestly a lot of fun to make! I really like oviraptorids and Anzu is easily my favorite out of all of them. Plus knowing that it was named after a literal demon just adds more to this animal than most dinosaur names do. Dinosaur Coloration: No Longer a Mystery?

Yes I have finally tackled this totally original subject that has never been done before…totally. Despite numerous videos already discussing this subject, I figured I’d talk about dinosaur coloration since there is a lot of interesting information within. “Reaper of Death” | Thanatotheristes

Thanatotheristes, whose name means “reaper of death,” taking a nap as enantiornithine birds pick parasites off of it. With tyrannosaurid paleoart, it’s common to show the animal hunting or killing another animal. While predatory animals do hunt prey animals for food, that is not all they do. Occasionally they need to rest, especially after a long hunt. So here is a tyrannosaurid with the deadli...

In the late Cretaceous period of North America, a tropical storm ravages the coastline of the Western Interior Seaway. Numerous sea animals are affected by the violent storm, including these scaphatid ammonites and Enchoteuthis. This was a lot of fun to draw! Great video! Didn't know much about these guys. If I may, one slight suggestion for your videos would be to slightly slow down some of the pans and zooms on the paleoart, and maybe hold at the end of each for a few frames before cutting to the next. But as I said awesome video about a lesser known dinosaur. Much appreciated! 😄

6:20 hippos and mooses make better examples. Hippos may be herbivores but _they will eat you._ Both are basically megafauna and don't have much in the way of predators but they're still highly aggressive. Those are also the two responsible for the top three reasons humans keep perishing. Then there's camels. Those are *hate* with legs. 7:10 cassowaries and emus. Two major reminders of dinosaurs still being very much around. Once saw two emus in a cage in a travelling zoo. Reminded me of a Hammond journal from Trespasser. The one about raptors pacing against the backwall before noticing they were being watched. The things kept pecking at the lock of their cage. Sometimes they would pick up some straw or a stick and try to fit it into the lock, occasionally working together to figure it out. Whenever someone would come over to the cage they would stare directly into the person's face and wait for them to look away to go back to pecking at the lock. They were slowly figuring out how to pick locks. I do wonder if they eventually figured it out.
