I was born into Barnweil Road, my parents, Grans, Aunties and Uncles (Gilmour's) all lived on the street. I’ve been in Canada since we emigrated when I was a kid, but every couple of year I still come back and walk it even though the houses are gone now.

I stayed there many times with family. It was usually empty, which suited us lol. My grandsons had a ball playing hide n seek etc in this fabulous place. Or we'd watch the big telly in the large lounge area. We knew it wouldn't last long with it being empty every time. loved the size of the rooms. Very happy memories. Such a shame, it's in a perfect position too. 😢😢
