    Im reporting yall on everywher i paid $20 to ride the bike i also had my girl with me but we didn't even for 2 minutes the bike stop I thought It was a connection issue when i walked with it for a while where my connection was good like full bars it still didn't work i spent money on nothing i need a refund or a free ride, pls check on that matter

    These should be illegal. It's an electric motorcycle without indicators, or mirrors. Does it even have a brake light. I see your products littering the street corners and neighborhoods.

      They're great, they're an affordable transportation option for many low income folks, and they help cut down on car usage and the attendant environmental destruction.

    I recently bought a veoride bike off some guy for $80. Looking to restore it, it's not in the best shape. Any chance I can get a couple of those 'veoride' side plates?

    Today, July 18th, my friend and I decided to try out VeoRide services. Everything was great the first 30 minutes, besides app complications in the beginning. We decided to overlook that because the service was stated to “only be $1 and .15 cents a minute.” On top of that we had only put $5 on file and we were just going to wait until that had ran out. We were traveling for a minute shortly before losing interest. I had returned which was buggy to begin with to follow the steps to end the ride, in which none were visible. But we had thought it’s only $5 we’ll just leave them where we had gotten them and go on about our day. It is now close to 11:30 when we realize the app is still ticking. Now that I’m home and away from the scooter it gives me the option to cancel my ride in which I did but to only find out we were charged over $30 for this ride that had been flawed to begin with. Not only that but we were told it was only as much as we put on file, I had even called and checked days before. I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service and the service you provide in all. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with any business and we would both like a refund.

    Unfortunately, they don't always resolve issues. After almost year of use the agreement was canceled by VeoRide when their technology updates made their system incompatible with our campus. Time to find a different bikeshare program.
