Agree at 32:00 We need to be extremely careful about the blanket term Nanotechnology because like you stated, it does need regulation, and we need to take care to ensure that we do not blanket regulate the good with the bad simply due to terminology. Over regulation can kill the industry, under regulation can kill the planet. We should start thinking about categorization of nanotechnology to ensure there is specific branches that get specific regulations least its regulated out of existence due to one bad experiment or technology.
