    Man...ive been dealing with this for 4 years now. I wouldn't say that my symptoms, we're as extreme as yours in some cases, but the diziness of just laying down or tossing and turning from side to side caused the temperature fluctuations like crazy. I could never get cold when I was too hot and I could never get warm when I was cold. About a year ago I woke up from a dead sleep on my back and was having those temperature fluctuations sweating profusely. And got very cold afterwards when I decided to get up.I passed out and faceplanted the floor. Needless to say, all of my symptoms got considerably worse. After that day I have been out of work now for about four months and bedridden most of the time. Same as you, my doctors, I have no idea how they can help and have ping pong me back-and-forth. Also, they don't take me seriously when I tell them I have a pretty good idea of what it might be. I narrowed down my symptoms to Cervical instability. I am currently trying to get treatment living in the middle of Arkansas. Because I don't think I could handle a 1000 mile trip to fort myers, florida... I am grateful for your videos and links to these products. Truly i'm thankful. May god bless you and have a good day, love and light.

    What I do is relax and make sure not to use my neck while I'm trying to activate separate musculature and focus on the surface area of my feet at 3 points your feet are like a right triangle with the pinky toe and back outer part of your heel as the right angle. Also to walk you simply pull foot back while keeping rest of body relaxed to let natural reflex from hitting the ground do its work. Foot should feel comfortable with good shoe support since if it feels like a massage, you got max surface area. I go on daily walks on a long flat concrete boardwalk walking rhythmically and softly listening to my body, which helps, but i still get reinjured doing minor things and am in a pretty viscous cycle. Some symptoms like deafness, heedfulness, weakness, numbness are at bay most days because of this. Don't overeat sugar and carbs, drink water, eat vegies, protein, healthy fat and sleep on time every night (dont eat before bed). When you sleep you need to support your body and feel the ground evenly and slowly getting heavier to fall asleep. You need a firm larger pillow for side sleeping and a thin soft one for back sleeping Then rotate from three sides calmly without adjusting a bunch of crap when you move you gotta be efficient so you can lay still. It's all about efficiency if you think about it. Also noticed if you do smethin to set it off you wont feel hurt until later in the day or next day, but previously exercising too hard or car rides will set irt off. Tv and lights now flare it up whereas was fine before. I'm basically just doing my best until prolotherapuy i need it bad im getting so weak. Feeling faint easier, less tolerance to exercise, hot and cold the more times i go through this reinjury/healing cycle since daily life get rough y know.

    Josh, you could be my son’s twin in experiences prior to finding treatments that work for you! My son diagnosed himself with this after researching his symptoms and seeing neurologists, cardiologists, endocrinologists and having every image, lab test and everything comes back “normal” but he still suffers. His Dad and I have an Atlas Orthogonal practitioner and he went there and saw how terrible his atlas was out of alignment and seemed to recover quickly from acute issues but his atlas needed a 2nd adjustment so he can’t hold the position. Driving to Mayo in Jacksonville last week gave him the worst vertigo yet the next day. Through prayer I discovered Dr. Hauser’s clinic online and your channel last night. I am sharing you with my son today and wanted you to know Yahweh is using you in your mission to help others. May He bless you and keep you and thank you for what you are doing! EDS patients are warned that chiropractic adjustments are risky bc we injure easily due to hyper-mobility. I once had a chiropractor worsen my lumbar pain. I have fellow EDSers that were also injured by their chiropractors. This route is not safe for everyone.

    • @theprolopatient
      @theprolopatient 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That’s exactly why you have to be very specific when choosing a chiropractor. You must choose one that does The Blair technique! It is a specialized chiropractic method that focuses on correcting misalignments in the upper cervical spine. This technique uses precise imaging to account for unique differences in each individual's cervical spine anatomy. When you bowl it down the misalignment is what is causing pain and symptoms, that’s why the RIGHT chiropractic care is so important to your health. It’s truly life changing.

    • @vizinat2020
      @vizinat2020 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@theprolopatient I'm glad it worked for you, but unfortunately there aren't many physicians truly knowledgeable on EDS just yet. The EDS Society advises against it due to the potential increased risk of arterial dissection, stroke, cerebrospinal fluid leaks associated with the disorder. Also, adjustments tend not to keep with many EDS patients as our ligaments are too laxed to hold the joint in place after realignment. I do appreciate your videos though. I did learn that there are Blair exercises, so I plan on trying those. Thanks for the videos!! -Brand new follower.

      I went through the same thing, the MRI didn’t show anything wrong and the CT scan. The neurologist said he wondered if it was all in my head, even though my jaw and neck were literally popping out of place and I was fully debilitated. But I went to a chiropractor and we saw through an X-ray that my vertibrae were twisted. The chiropractor helped, but they wouldn’t hold in place. Then I went to a guy who specializes in the atlas using tools instead of the violent manipulations and also I got prolotherapy and I’m able to do all basic things again. I’m trying to go to a doctor in colorado. Centeno-Shultz where they do stem cell injections into the atlas area and am hoping that fixes me for good. A lot of doctors aren’t taught about this stuff potentially because the disease is rare or because it’s not a big profit incentive for them if a patient actually heals properly without continued use of buying medication. I hope you feel better and if you’d like me to share anything I’ve learned I’d love to try and help you because I know how painful and scary it is.

    I once got CCI from neck injury combined with a bad infection in January 2017 but amazingly I was able to recover after 1 and 1/2 years. In July 2023 I had to go to Mexico to install an automated production line. Unfortunately the Mexicans repeatedly served me bad food which gave me a sever gut infection. My gut was fine before....but destroyed after. That infection ruined my connective tissue and ligaments. Even the skin in my face looked brittle and as if it lost it's elasticity. It damaged multiple ligaments in my body....In my neck and ontop of that in my hiatus leading to my stomach buldging into my chest cavity. A so called hiatus hernia. I'm totally debilitated and destroyed all arround now. Destroyed digestion, destroyed neck. I don't know if I'll recover this time. 😢 I wish society educated people more on the potential dangers of depleted elasticity of the connective tissues > CCI, hiatial hernias and meany more.....and also how to try to prevent them, how to avoid potential causes. The world would be a much better place then and it wouldn't lose so many valuable people and workers to debilitating illnesses like this.
