Maybe you could've run away (it's the white flag symbol). If a fight is turning against you, you can always flee (not boss battles though) and recuperate.

It's maybe not the best place to ask, but have you ever played Ara Fell ? I think it borrows very heavily from Grandia with a great story and a superb soundtrack.

The door of the stars is always the correct one.

You can level up your water spells more efficient outside of combat if you find an overworld mechanism or trap which damages your party. Like the ones in the Dom-Ruins. A savepoint nearby would be helpful though, because MP won't replenish themselfs, unlike SP with normal combo attacks.

While buying new weapons or armor you can trade the equipped ones for the new ones. You pay the difference and sell the old equipped ones instantly without overfilling your already limited inventory space.

God they really should have made this dlc it would have given another more to Lunas character and the ending makes a lot more sense since bahamut really was the true villain yea ff15 really is sad but I still love it toothank you for reading this definitely gives alot better closure to the story and we could have seen the what the world was like during that ten year period because I remember them saying something about since the oracle died that's why it was eternal night now

It's interesting that we know what she knew despite what we thought she'd know. This is starting to feel more like a typical final fantasy (ending). Always interesting that it had to be 'versus' when they were distancing it. It's ok. I say Luna too. ❤ Can definitely see the influence Aranea had on her daughter.

I still would've preferred to have this played as video games are still my favorite form of storytelling. There are ways to show inner dialogue and thoughts (or even free indirect discourse) as it's expressed in 8 and with voice in 10/10-2. Small details with alcohol could've been possible with images/ads or drink bottles (we know Gladio likes casual drinking and its Noct, too though CoA ceremony wasnt long ago with him). Plus, I mean, I could've fought Diamond Weapon. I like the ff7 references in 15. Guess I'll have to settle with what I had in 14. I personally don't find it fair to compare aranea to Gladio as SE had time to learn. Gladio's problem was it just had no cutscenes. They were too short and low count. I actually like Prompto and Gladio more than Ignis. Ignis had good cutscenes and story, kinda. I like that the Emperor came off more human. How he still most likely loved Sol.

The fact that Luna may have the same powers as Ardyn is mind blowing

Loved re-treading the entire Episode Ardyn story in audiobook form. The DLC was the best, brought the the true potential of FFXV lore to light, and what should've been expanded upon what could've been the swan song of FFXV storyline. It's Interesting how Ardyn did something different to the game DLC while he was faced by Bahamut. Ardyn chose to defy his fate, fought an unwinnable boss fight against Bahamut, and slain the fake Aera after freeing himself from the embedded swords. That would've made the ending even better. Judging from what Ardyn saw while Bahamut explained his prophecy, it should've been Noctis that he stabbed at the end, because it isn't about Somnus anymore. Ah, if only Episode Ardyn ended exactly as he saw, with an undying Lunafreya. Everyone would've clamored for the next DLC.

I cried in the original ending and it was a good ending but I am always up for a ending (where they live), you did great work reading this book and all the extra info around it :)
