Boss, could you please help? I’m using the Razer Wolverine Ultimate, and my headset works through the headphone jack only through Xbox party chat, but not game chat. I also tried updating the software, but there’s no update available on the screen. I’m very confused as what to do next, since both the Razer & Microsoft websites have the same answers, which don’t work. Thank you for your time.

I've been living with no chat for a year and spent hours researching it.... Can't believe it was this simple. Thank you so much!!! Totally didn't connect the dots that it would be a specific razer shortcut.

Hi have you had problems with wired headsets making a buzzing noise through the mic. My headset works with my other controllers but with my wolverine ultimate it makes a buzzing noise.
