What to expect on your first day picking up
Who do people use for insurance cover. I'm with Hastings premier have been for 20 years. But they don't allow top up hire reward insurance to cover me for amazon flex etc. Thanks

Where is this? I moved to Texas last year, DFW Amazon locations "paid $125 for 3 hours up till last September 2023. Now it's $58 for 3 hours, don't tell you where your route will be at or how many packages etc...until it's too late and you're at pick up
I can't see how anyone can make any money at 58 bucks for driving your own car for 3 hours. 3 hrs of driving stop and go doing deliveries does 58 bucks worth of wear on your car, even a Honda. Amazon can definitely afford to pay more than that. They pay the usps workers' time and a half on Sundays to do Amazon deliveries, and they dont have to drive their own car , gas, tires, insurance etc. Good luck.
@wlombardo31 oh, I'm not driving for Amazon Flex for $58/ 3 hours. I'm no fool lol 🤣 I have the app just refuse to work for thst on top of everything else I pointed out (stopped showing the locations/route/map + amount of packages of the delivery blocks. Thst all used to be upfront. I believe they sucker in newbies and pay that $125 or more in my case it was $138/3 hours and then drop it to less than half. Same tactics that most these gig economy jobs employ to lure in people
